Looking forward to my upcoming talk at IDS, Brighton as part of their Water and Sanitation series next Friday (20th).  I’ll again be talking about water politics and groundwater governance in Delhi and hoping to draw on the expertise there to ‘drill down’ (sorry) into the idea of informal infrastructures (or infrastructural informality), unruly or otherwise.
